We ship via Yanwen, UPS, USPS (FedEx for International deliveries) and Air royal mail international.

The product price and shipping fee are inclusive of tax.

We cannot ship to multiple addresses.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

We provide tracking numbers for every order. While we’ll do our best to assist you, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates delivery, and you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for missing deliveries. Rest assured, your order is in the package when dispatched.
